There are many different sealant products and applications in the construction industry. Old Philadelphia Associates, Inc. has helped many of our clients with their specific caulking and sealant requirements.

Caulking and sealants are used to protect the exterior building envelope. They prevent weather elements from shortening the life of all buildings systems.

Sealants are also used on the interior of buildings for the control joints in floors and wall surfaces. Sanitary sealants are used around areas were wet surfaces occur, such as restaurants, kitchens, bathrooms, and laboratories.
